It's a whole house sale. But the main feature is the
garage. Owner was a "tool" man! Place is crammed
with all kinds of vintage and current day tools.... including grinders,
drill press, machinist microscope, Kennedy, Craftsman,
Gerstner plus many other tool boxes and carriers (all full),
precision gage stones, numerous hand tools and power tools
(some in original carrying containers), chain saws, hydraulic
lift bench/cart, Meyer gage makers (complete and multiple sets),
various size micrometers by Starrett and Fowler, mill tables, mill
bits and accessories, precision gages, cement mixer, Honda power
washer, Craftsman chipper... It's impossible to list everything.
The house itself features vintage kitchen items, traditional crystal,
china, vintage linens and hats, old Victorian hollowware, 1872 U.S.
Cavalry sword, 19th century coin silver spoons, 19th century pocket
watches, 19th century landscape oils, 1856-1857 books on the Grinnell
Arctic Expedition, old LPs, 45s and turntables, old cameras, authentic
piece of keel from the 1794 U.S. Frigate Constitution (preserved from
the 1927 restoration), some jewelry, and classic 1940s country style
furniture including beautiful dropleaf table and chairs.
