Ours is a total turn-key operation. We do the labor, start to finish.
All sales are conducted “on site” and within the physical logistics
and confines of the home and client’s “comfort zone”. We prep,
research, price and display all items for sale and merchandise,
advertise and market our sales via the internet, our own web site
and private E-mail lists and word of mouth.
Sales are conducted on a flat-fee or straight commission basis.
Fees are competitive with other industry liquidators. There are no
added costs, hidden expenses, no extras, no surprises. We provide
the net proceeds and receipts, within 18 days of job’s completion.
Post-sale, we provide an inventory of all unsold items for clients’
personal records, pack them up for storage and/or charitable donation
and supervise pickup for the latter. We leave the premises broom-clean!
We conduct estate, moving, down-sizing, re-decorating sales throughout
the greater Los Angeles area, including the West Side—from Malibu south
to Santa Monica and beach communities, East through Brentwood, Bel-Air,
Beverley Hills, Hollywood and Hancock Park—and the East and West Valleys.
